Noillirk scoring: six tiers, one frozen board
Noillirk scoring starts with nine ranked answers per question. Rank #1 earns 100 points, ranks #2–4 earn 64, and ranks #5–9 earn 32. Other accepted answers have an assigned familiarity tier; unfamiliar inputs can also be judged by AI.
Seven 100-point answers make a perfect 700-point Classic or Daily, displayed as 14 km. This is not a score limit for Endless or longer multiplayer games. There is no speed bonus.
Where the rankings come from
Our answer boards are AI-generated estimates, not results from a survey of players or a hundred people. The current question boards are awaiting editorial review. Scores reflect these estimated rankings, not measured survey results. A high score means a high ranking in this game's estimates, not proof of what a percentage of people would say.

TRY A LITTLE DEMONSTRATION
Name a topping people add to a bowl of oatmeal.
Try banana, cinnamon, raisins or nutmeg. This practice board does not affect your score.
For this demonstration only, “bananas” matches the sample's “banana” answer for 100 points. “Raisins” earns 16. During a real flight, the reveal and recap show your points and the estimated top nine once the round is closed.
How answers are checked
- Saved answers and aliases. Casing and spacing are normalized, then stored answers, aliases and supported spelling variations are checked.
- A saved verdict. A previous verdict for the same question version, normalized answer and judge version can be reused.
- AI judging. An unfamiliar input is checked for fit and equivalence. AI can assign any of the six tiers; matching an existing board answer keeps its fixed score. An AI-assigned tier is not a new survey rank.
Why was an answer rejected or scored low?
A rejected answer may not fit the category or a restriction, or its wording may not have been recognized. Try a different single answer while time remains. A valid low-scoring answer is already accepted and locked; it cannot be replaced just to improve the score.
Plural forms, typos and synonyms are not accepted unconditionally. “Keys” and “car keys” can differ when the prompt makes that distinction important. Use a clear English answer; do not rely on automatic translation.
What if checking takes longer than the timer?
The server must receive your answer before the deadline. A timely received answer can finish judging afterward. During a scoring outage, saved answers stay pending and retry automatically; the outage alone does not make them zero. Scores remain provisional until a verdict is available.
Check a pending or uncertain submission. Pending results cannot yet be used to create a friend challenge or enter the completed Daily rankings.
Report a scoring problem
Use Report this answer in the reveal or recap, or open the relevant flight in your history. Reporting there includes your input and question version. Explain what you expected; feedback does not immediately change your score or guarantee a response.
Daily flights, rooms and challenges keep their original question versions. Future board revisions do not replace the board halfway through those games.
